Currency & Payments
What is the main currency on Kpopita?
Prices default to USD. You can switch to AED, SAR, EUR and more with the site currency selector. Your bank may apply its own exchange rate at checkout.

Typical delivery is 5–12 business days, depending on destination and courier. For pre-orders, the timeline starts after the official release date. Processing time before shipment is usually 1–3 business days.
How do I track my order?

What if I selected a non-traceable method?
Small-packet air mail has no tracking. If it’s been 40 business days, contact [email protected] and we’ll open a postal investigation.
What do the order statuses mean?

Customs, Taxes & Returns
Will I have to pay customs taxes?
Depends on your country’s rules. We declare a lower value to help minimize fees, but any duties are the receiver’s responsibility.
My parcel was returned — what happens next?
We’ll email a Returned Shipment Notification (with photos). You can: • Pay a new shipping fee and have it resent, or • Request a refund minus the original shipping fee.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes — within 7 days of delivery. See our full policy → Return Policy. Note: hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., opened albums, used cosmetics) aren’t returnable unless defective.
Pre-Orders
What are the advantages of pre-ordering?
Pre-orders may include exclusive official posters (shipped in a protective tube) and first-press gifts when available. If your cart includes a pre-order plus in-stock items, the whole order ships together after the pre-order release date.
If one item is pre-order and others are ready, will they all ship later?
Yes. To protect your goods and simplify customs, we dispatch the full order after the pre-order item is released.

Do Kpopita album sales count on official charts?
Yes — album sales are reported to the Hanteo Chart, which supports major music shows like Music Bank, Inkigayo, and M Countdown.

How do loyalty points work?

Why won’t my voucher apply?
