Your order is fully protected under the Kpopita Purchase Protection Program in the following cases:
- Item Not Delivered
- Your package didn’t arrive or got lost in transit.
- You’ll receive a full refund or free reshipment.
- Item Arrived Damaged or Defective
- Your product was broken, missing parts, or unusable.
- You can choose between a replacement or full refund.
- Item Not as Described
- The product you received is significantly different from what was shown on our site.
- You’ll get a refund or store credit, based on your preference.
- Late Delivery
- If your order arrives after the maximum delivery time, you’ll receive $5 Kpopita Credit 💜 as an apology gift — even if you keep the item.
- Price Drop Protection – 30 Days
- If the price of your item decreases within 30 days of purchase, we’ll refund the difference as store credit.
💫 How It Works
Step 1 — File a Return or Refund Request
Go to My Orders → select the item(s) → click “Return / Refund”.
Please tell us what went wrong — your feedback helps us improve every day.
🕓 Return Window: 30 days from the delivery date.
The first return of one or multiple items in every order is free.
Step 2 — Prepare for Pickup or Shipping
If a return is required, we’ll guide you through the process.
- Repack the item securely in its original packaging.
- Include all accessories, tags, and freebies (if any).
- Our courier will contact you for pickup — easy and fast!
You must send the return within 14 days after submitting your request.
Step 3 — Get Refunded 💸
After we confirm the issue or receive your return, you’ll get a full refund.
You can choose:
- Refund to your original payment method, or
- Refund as Kpopita Credit (usable on any future order).
Refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, and you’ll receive a confirmation email once it’s done.
