🔄 Return Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, including K-Pop albums, official lightsticks, apparel, posters, and accessories.
Items must be in new condition only, unopened, and with all tags/packaging intact.
Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery.

📦 Return Process

Submit a Request: Contact [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Free Return Label: Every order includes a free prepaid return label inside the package.
Send the Item Back: Package the product securely (albums, merch, and lightsticks must be unopened) and ship it back using the provided label.

💰 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect your item.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.
No restocking fees apply.
Original shipping charges, duties, and customs fees are non-refundable (unless the item was defective or shipped incorrectly).

🔁 Exchanges

We currently do not accept exchanges. If you need a different product (e.g., a different album version or size in K-Pop apparel), please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
