– 디스크 표면이 고르지 않거나 휘어지는 경우가 있어도 재생 시 이상 있는 경우에만 반품이나 교환이 가능합니다.
– 컬러 바이닐의 경우 제작 공정 시 발생하는 염료 반점, 색상 차이 문제는 반품 및 교환이 불가합니다.
– 컬러 바이닐은 웹 이미지와 실제 색상에 차이가 있을 수 있으며, 제작 공정 시 앨범마다 색상 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 이로 인한 반품 및 교환이 불가합니다.
* LP 재생 시 참고 사항
– 일체형 보급형 오디오, 톤암 및 침압 조절 기능이 없는 재생 기기에서 발생하는 재생 불량 현상에 대해서는 반품 및 교환이 불가합니다. 톤암 조절이 가능한 기기에서 재생 부탁드립니다.
– 디스크 센터 홀 구경이 작은 경우, 스핀들에 맞지 않는 경우에는 디스크의 구멍을 갈아주시면 해결됩니다.
– 카트리지 침 부분에 이물질이 있을 경우 재생에 지장이 있을 수 있으니 정전기와 먼지를 제거 후 재생 부탁드립니다.
– LP 상품 특유의 재생감은 불량이 아닙니다.
– 구매하신 상품의 RPM을 확인하시어 재생 기기에서 맞는 RPM으로 재생 부탁드립니다.
